We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was received.


  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items must be clean, unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items must be sent back with the return reference number.

We will inspect your item/s and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the item/s back to you.

You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost.

We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.

We are unable to process your return until your item is physically received by us. Please add tracking and keep a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want a full price item purchased from, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange equal to the value paid for the item/s.


Please email with your order number and an image of the fault so we can proceed with what to do next. You will be issued either a refund or the option to exchange an item of equal value. Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted. 


We only offer refunds on Full Priced items, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items. We will not refund for change of mind.
