Nau mai and welcome to Erica Ransfield Fitness.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer based in the Bay of Plenty, NZ. My goal is to encourage and support women on their health and fitness journeys.
I began my own personal health and fitness journey in 2016. I was overweight, a heavy smoker, always made poor food choices and drank all the time. My heart and mind were not aligned with my actions and so I knew I had to change. Since starting my journey, I have not looked back! I studied personal Training and qualified in 2019. I am a sponsored athlete with EHP Labs and Blessed Protein to which they both have aided immensely in my fitness journey. I also train clients full time one-on-one at my home studio and am working to become an online coach also.
I hope I can help you begin your own journey to creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle through training and nutrition.
